It was in 1935 when the Solís family decided to bring an essential piece of their beloved Valencian region to Madrid. Since then, La Barraca has been the example to follow of the famous classic Spanish cuisine. In the course of three generations, they have never lost the values and the culinary heritage of the ancient recipes.
