Juan P Ortiz, chef and head chef, after years in command of great leaders of national cuisine in Estimar, Restaurante La Costa, by José Álvarez or Deesa by Quique Dacosta, presents his culinary project from the kitchens of Faralá to project the cuisine of Granada in the place it deserves in the gastronomic scene. A kitchen revisited, with class and style, bringing the revolution to the table, upsetting the diners' palates, making them jump from their chairs, and leaving everyone speechless.
