During our travels worldwide, we discovered the concept of brunch and deepened our understanding of the philosophy surrounding this unique gastronomic experience. We are now bringing the brunch experience to others.
We believe in authenticity, deliciousness, seasonal produce, and colour. We believe in artisan bread made with organic flour, substitutes for conventional sugar, estate and organic coffee, and taking care of the simple things and transforming them minimally to respect their flavour and freshness.
We believe in changing the trend towards what is natural, healthy and wholesome. We are spearheading a wonderful social movement that is teaching us new ways of eating and is strongly linked to caring for our bodies: “Let food be your medicine.”
